GWC History Clarification

The rightful and legal owner of Guaranteed Waterproofing and Construction (GWC) is Scott Whipperman. Scott is the President of IMX Technologies and Regional Manager and Distributor for Xypex Products in the Intermountain Region.

Mr. Nick Moreno, who had a contract to purchase GWC, defaulted on that agreement and lost a judgment in court. (Whipperman vs. Moreno, Third Judical District, Salt Lake County, Utah, Judge Frederick, Case #040922943.) A judgment in favor of Mr. Whipperman was rendered in the amount of $107,561.48 for breech of contract.

Mr. Moreno filed chapter 7 bankruptcy on GWC. Moreno also filed a personal bankruptcy, yet continues to operate a successor company called Watertite Solutions.

As of the date of this writing, Mr. Moreno has not yet given control of the website domain guaranteedwaterproof.com back to GWC.
